Dubai South has launched the Dubai South Business Hub (DSBH). This digital free zone platform lets entrepreneurs, SMEs and global firms complete company formation entirely online with same-day licences and a secure digital portal. The hub is based in Dubai South Business Park and centralises licences, visas, renewals and compliance in one-click operations.
The DSBH includes a Beyond Hub service layer offering corporate banking, VAT and accounting support, visa services, family relocation facilitation and government liaison. It also integrates with Dubai South’s wider infrastructure network and direct connections to banking institutions and government agencies.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said the hub is intended to support business ambitions through digital delivery and efficiency, establishing a new benchmark in the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The DSBH’s launch follows regulatory moves such as the One Freezone Passport, which allows a single licence to operate across multiple free zones in Dubai, now in use by Louis Vuitton, highlighting UAE efforts to remove regulatory friction and attract global firms. Likewise, a recent policy now allows businesses in select free zones to own property in Dubai, extending long-term investment incentives.
