Emirati women are playing a growing role in the UAE’s small business landscape, with 24% of female entrepreneurs now serving as primary income earners for their households, according to a new study by GoDaddy.

The survey found that 66% of Emirati female small business owners are confident in managing their ventures. Seventy-one percent expect artificial intelligence to help them compete with larger businesses this year.

On average, respondents said they are saving 14 hours a week by using AI tools, with the time redirected toward learning new skills, developing business ideas, and planning for growth.

The data reflects an increased reliance on digital tools and signals a broader shift in how Emirati women are driving economic participation through entrepreneurship.
