Abu Dhabi, UAE – 18 December 2025 – Mubadala Investment Company announced that it has partnered with Bain Capital to complete the acquisition of U.S.-based Service Logic, LLC, a leading provider of commercial HVAC and building automation services, from Leonard Green & Partners yesterday.

Bain Capital is a global private investment firm with investments across five core areas: private equity, growth and venture, capital solutions, credit and capital markets, and real assets. The firm oversees approximately US$185 billion in assets under management.

“Mubadala is pleased to partner with Bain Capital and the Service Logic team at this important stage in the company’s development,” said Zouhir Regragui, the Head of Industrials & Business Services at Mubadala.

Service Logic has expanded rapidly through a series of strategic acquisitions while maintaining strong partnerships with locally operated businesses. The transaction aligns with Bain Capital’s portfolio of leading U.S. services and distribution companies, including Imperial Dade, US LBM, and Frontline Road Safety.

Goldman Sachs served as financial advisor to Service Logic, with J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley also acting as financial advisors.

The investment underscores confidence in Service Logic’s long-term growth prospects and is aligned with both Mubadala’s and Bain Capital’s strategy of investing in resilient, essential services businesses with strong value creation potential.
