Dar Global and the Trump Organisation revealed the first of the landmark projects, The Trump International Golf Club – Wadi Safar – a sprawling 2.6M metre square site in Wadi Safar.
Trump Organisation and Diriyah Company
Wadi Safar is the Golf Club within the exclusive masterplan being developed by Diriyah Company. This marks the first venture of the Trump Organisation into the Diriyah project, an important expansion of its presence in the Kingdom.
Previously, the Trump Organisation collaborated with Dar Al Arkan and Dar Global on signature developments across the region.
According to Eric Trump, Vice President of The Trump Organisation: “We are proud to expand our presence in the region further through the launch of our iconic Trump Tower Dubai in collaboration with the world-class developer Dar Globa.”
Ziad El-Chaar, Chief Executive Officer of Dar Global said: “The grand launch of Trump Tower Dubai is an extraordinary addition to the Dubai luxury market. This unique luxury project will enhance our track record of creating bespoke landmark properties in the region.”
KSA Dials Up Opening
It comes as KSA plans to allow foreigners to own property in designated areas for the first time, starting this month.
KSA also announced bold changes across capital markets last week, in the latest liberalisation of foreign ownership spanning equities, real estate, and even alcohol.
Wadi Safah and Diriyah
Located just outside Riyadh, Wadi Safah is one of the Kingdom’s most picturesque and strategically significant areas: envisioned as a luxury enclave that complements the Diriyah masterplan.
Diriyah is one of KSA’s leading cultural design districts in the Kingdom and is a central pillar of Vision 2030 aimed at diversification.
