The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has signed an agreement with the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) and the Jordan Securities Depositary Center (SDC) to integrate them into the Tabadul Digital Exchange Hub. The agreement makes ASE the eighth exchange to join Tabadul, following the recent inclusion of the Armenia Securities Exchange.

The integration aims to advance cross-border trading and investment opportunities across the region, enabling streamlined trading processes and enhanced connectivity. Investors in Jordan and the UAE will now have faster and broader access to a wider range of securities and the ability to participate in initial public offerings (IPOs) and other investment opportunities across Tabadul member exchanges.

Launched by ADX in July 2022, Tabadul operates on a mutual market access model, facilitating cross-border trading by connecting member exchanges and enabling brokerage firms to access markets seamlessly. The platform now provides access to over 6.5 million investors and more than 330 listed companies. Trading activities among Tabadul members have doubled in 2024 compared to 2023, highlighting its growing regional significance.

“We are pleased to welcome the Amman Stock Exchange and the Jordan Securities Depositary Center to Tabadul,” stated Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi, Group CEO of ADX. “This partnership enhances connectivity between the UAE and Jordan, offering diversified investment opportunities in key growth markets.”

The Tabadul network includes Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Bahrain Bourse (BSE), Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), Astana International Exchange (AIX), Central Asian Stock Exchange (CASE) in Tajikistan, Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX) and Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The platform continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening financial integration and innovation across the region.
