CFI Group, a leading global trading and investment provider headquartered in the UAE, today announced the appointment of three independent members to its Board of Directors.
The move comes as the Group continues to scale across regions, products, and capabilities, leveraging over 25 years of operational experience, 14 international licenses, and a growing footprint across the Middle East and North Africa, with offices in Dubai, Amman, and Cairo.
The new board members include the CEO of Atlantide Asset Management, Federico Cirulli; the former Franklin Templeton portfolio manager, David Haglund; and the President of Product and Chief Operating Officer at Temenos, Prema Varadhan.
Together, they bring expertise in regulated brokerages, institutional markets, fintech innovation, and corporate governance.
