Inntelo AI appointed Ali Hassan as Chief Financial Officer and Director, North America, to spearhead its expansion into the United States and Canada following GCC expansion in FY25.
This move follows an office opening in DIFC last year. DIFC is aiming to become the world’s first AI-native financial centre, following the D33 agenda, according to the Governor of DIFC: H.E. Essa Kazim.
Inntelo AI’s technology facilitates hotel operators in managing guest communication and operations through a unified AI-native platform.
Asif Alidina, Co-Founder and CEO of Inntelo AI commented on the DIFC opening last year: “Dubai has firmly established itself as a global hub for AI-driven innovation and adoption, making it the perfect launchpad for scaling our AI-native hospitality platform.”
Hassan joins Inntelo AI with a robust background, previously serving as Director in Global Investment Banking at Bank of America Securities in London.
Hassan possesses over 15 years of experience in investment banking and market intelligence, with a proven record of over $20B in closed transactions, including numerous private capital raises for high-growth technology firms.
The appointment coincides with a period of notable momentum for Inntelo AI, characterised by recent partnerships across the UK, Europe, and Africa.
