ADIB launches fintech innovation strategic initiative

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has launched ADIB Ventures, a strategic initiative to drive innovation in the global fintech sector and enhance its digital transformation leadership.

ADIB Ventures aims to build a dynamic fintech ecosystem by collaborating with emerging technology firms. This move will integrate advanced technologies and AI to enhance banking services for over 1.3 million customers.

By partnering with disruptive fintechs, ADIB plans to offer new solutions tailored to tech-savvy clients. The initiative will also pilot and test new technologies to reshape Islamic banking’s future.

“Our goal is to lead the future of digital finance, setting new standards of excellence while ensuring that our clients benefit from cutting-edge, customer-focused solutions that are deeply rooted in our Islamic principles,” said Mohamed Abdelbary, Acting Group CEO of ADIB.

“Through ADIB Ventures, we aim to build a thriving ecosystem of innovation by partnering with fintech disruptors and accelerating the development of digital solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers,” he added.
