Omniful, a cloud-based platform focusing on hyperlocal and omnichannel commerce in supply chain and e-commerce enablement, has successfully raised $5.85 million during its seed funding round.
VentureSouq led this funding round, joined by 500 Global, DASH Ventures, Jahez Group, SEEDRA Ventures, Bunat Ventures, Hala Ventures, and RZM Investments. Family offices such as Al Rasheed, Siraj Holding, Al Bawardi, Al Nafea, and strategic angel investors from the GCC participated in this phase.
Founded in 2021, Omniful offers a unified order management system, warehouse management system, and transport management system for merchants and third-party logistics providers. Their cloud-based platform, designed to be adaptable through dynamic configurations rather than customisation, caters to various sales channels, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery for consumers choosing different shopping modes.
Merchants using Omniful boast of rapid delivery (less than 60 minutes) from retail stores, maintaining over 95% inventory accuracy and achieving a 96% on-time in-full metric. Its API-first approach allows seamless integration with global and local e-commerce platforms, ERPs, POS systems, and shipping technologies. It streamlines operations for omnichannel brands, aiming for top-notch customer experiences.

“The future of commerce is hyperlocal and omnichannel, with consumers expecting brands to be closer to them, to deliver faster and offer a personalised experience,” said Mostafa Abolnasr, co-founder & CEO. “Our seed round marks a major milestone, and with our investors, we are excited about going out of stealth and launching our sales and marketing efforts in MEA and India, followed by Europe and USA.”
Co-headquartered in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with a Research and Development Hub in India, Omniful employs over 50 individuals from six different countries.
Following its seed round, the company will deploy capital to strengthen its position in existing markets, launch sales and marketing activities in new regional countries, and double down on its technology development.
“80% of our team are engineers. As a product-led organisation, our technology is a clear differentiator, making us the platform of choice for omnichannel merchants and high-volume 3PL fulfilment providers. Over the next year, we will double down on growing our technology capabilities in India while also planning to launch our platform there,” said Alankrit Nishad, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer.
Since its inception, Omniful has attracted prominent omnichannel brands, including three of Saudi Arabia’s top 10 retailers (Panda, Spar, and Sadhan), Catrion (Saudi Airlines Catering Company) and other leading regional brands. Moreover, the platform collaborates with major 3PL e-commerce fulfilment providers in the MENA region, such as Ollkom, Safe Choice, UWC, and Stogo.
